Hi Pre-K Families!
Here is a look into our packed week of Pre-K!
Looking back…
*Our week was all about perfecting our new routines and expectations! We are doing SUCH a good job at lining up and standing on a dot!
*We went to TLC and Music for the first time! Mr. Ochoa showed us his robot!
*We read so many fun books! One of our favorites was “Dragons love Tacos”
*We practiced our pincher grip by popping bubble wrap!
*We built some amazing towers with our Legos at the ladybug carpet.

REMINDERS…
*Please pack snack SEPARATELY from your child’s lunchbox. We expect them to be able to get out their snack independently in the morning!
**AFTERCARE USERS: If there is a change in your schedule, please let myself or Mrs. Dorgan know ahead of time. We will always assume your child is going to aftercare if they are signed up to be a regular user! If your child is not picked up by 3:05 PM they will be brought to aftercare!
***In your child’s folder you will see a Scholastic Book Club flyer. I send these home a couple of times a year. You place your order online and the books are delivered to the school for us to send home! For every book bought, our classroom receives points that go towards new books for the class! I will submit the order by Friday, September 11 at 3PM!
Let’s Give Them Something to Talk About…
Below are some suggestions to engage your child in a conversation about what they did at school!
*Show me how you popped the bubble wrap?
*Sing our days of the week song! (You can look up “days of the week, addams family on youtube!)
*What is your favorite thing to do at recess? (draw with chalk, go down slides, play basketball)
